The UK’s Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) recently secured a new contract to assist in the handling of adverse reactions from the imminent COVID-19 Vaccine.
The description the MHRA used in their initial procurement advert stated:
The MHRA urgently seeks an Artificial Intelligence (AI) software tool to process the expected high volume of Covid-19 vaccine Adverse Drug Reaction (ADRs) – [1]
They are quite right, of course, there will be a huge volume of adverse reactions to record from whichever one of the vaccines makes it to the bloodstreams of the public first.
If a vaccine is given the go ahead for mass immunisation, it will be essentially an untested vaccine. Safety trials have only had about 3 to 4 months of data to analyse, anything beyond this point is unchartered territory.
I strongly urge everyone to look into this vaccine, or at the very least use your common sense.
Just a few months for safety trials, no manufacturer liability, and the fact that this is an entirely new Vaccine technology should make you, at the very least, a little concerned.
A Company called Genpact won the contract to develop the AI software for the UK Government.[2]
