The world got a glimpse of the most human-like robot ever created with the debut of a humanoid named Nadine at Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University (NTU). Made in the image of her creator, Prof. Nadia Thalmann, Nadine will eventually provide childcare and offer companionship to elderly people.
Researchers are on the verge of developing robots which are practically indistinguishable from people. But these robots are by no means dormant dolls. In addition to greeting visitors, making eye contact and shaking hands, Nadine is capable of recognizing former guests and making conversation based upon previous chitchats.[1]
Transhumanism
Transhumanism (abbreviated as H+ or h+) is an international and intellectual movement that aims to transform the human condition by developing and creating widely available sophisticated technologies to greatly enhance human intellectual, physical, and psychological capacities.[3]
The H+ of course referring to ‘Human Plus’ – i.e Better than Human / Human Enchanced.
We are moving ever closer to a World in which we will be sharing our society with robots and ultimately our bodies.
The following is the mission statement taken from a company called Humai:
We want to transplant your brain into an elegantly designed bionic body called Humai.
Your Humai will use a brain-computer interface to communicate with the sensory organs and limbs of your new bionic body.
Artificial intelligence will be integrated into synthetic organs, so they can operate independently. Sensor technology will allow you to feel the essence of human experience.
As your brain matures, genetic engineering will help fight the aging process, while advancements in nanotechnology will offer extensive tissue repair and regeneration, including the repair of individual brain cells, one molecule at a time.[2]
Entrepreneur Josh Bocanegra who founded and manages the ‘Humai’ project claims resurrecting the dead and eternal life will be a service they offer by 2045.
The new company are aiming to “extend and enhance life” by freezing human brains for extended periods of time using cryonics, a deep-freezing technology using very low temperatures, and then putting them into artificial bodies. But Josh claims the company’s ultimate goal is to preserve a human brain BEFORE a person dies.
But Josh claims the company’s ultimate goal is to preserve a human brain BEFORE a person dies.
He claims if they were able to transplant a live person’s brain into a bionic body, than it would “achieve a point where no one has to die at all. ”Josh hopes to accomplish this in the next 30 years. [4]
Transhumanism – Humai – Human life extended, enhanced, restored.
The technology is already beginning to take shape around the World in its simple basic forms but at the current rate of technological progression expect to see huge advancements over the next decade.
The youth of today are being prepared for the transhumanism agenda through the use of academic indoctrination, media and general reliance on technology people believe merging ones self with robotics can only lead to enhancement of ones self. But what they are failing to understand is that in reality transhumanism can only lead to loss of what little control we already have, loss of what little connection to the natural World we have left and finally loss of true reality.

This technology will not need to be forced upon mankind, mankind will be begging for it – with it’s sexy advertising and the infinite possibilities it ‘appears’ to offer this will be lapped up like water is by a dog.
