You may remember back in 2013 when one of the Worlds leading propaganda networks, the BBC aired alleged footage of the chemical attack in Damascus which was then followed up by a Documentary entitled ‘Saving Syria’s Children’ – Well, the lies didn’t end there, in fact, the lies about Syria just keep on coming in thick and fast.
In 2018 another alleged Chemical Weapons attack took place in the Douma, Syria – The attack was reported to of left at least 49 dead and hundreds injured. Shortly after the event, bizarre footage was released of children being washed down and treated following the attack:
Russia claimed at the time that the event was staged by British Intelligence. The British and their US allies, of course, denied such accusations and concluded that the chemical weapons were dropped by the Syrian Government, likely by Helicopter.
Well, it has now been confirmed that a leaked document which contained an assessment of the chemical weapons attack in Douma in 2018 contradicting the official narrative is authentic:
The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) has begun responding to queries by the press about a leaked document which contradicts official OPCW findings on an alleged chemical weapons attack last year in Douma, Syria. The prepared statement they’ve been using in response to these queries confirms the authenticity of the document. [source]
The leaked document surfaced a few days ago on the ‘Syria, Propaganda and Media’ website, the document is signed by a man named Ian Henderson who can be traced as far back as 1998 on previous OPCW documents, and as recently as 2018. Who leaked the document is still unknown.
The report concludes in regards to the gas cylinders allegedly dropped from Syrian Government aircraft that:
“The dimensions, characteristics and appearance of the cylinders, and the surrounding scene of the incidents, were inconsistent with what would have been expected in the case of either cylinder being delivered from an aircraft,”
and finally it summaries that:
‘….observations at the scene of the two locations, together with subsequent analysis, suggest that there is a higher probability that both cylinders were manually placed at those two locations rather than being delivered by aircraft.’

What occurred following this most-likely fake Chemical Attack was some pretty aggressive airstrikes by the US, UK and France.

We should also not forget that many of the Victims of this alleged attack spoke out following the attack claiming that the event was staged:
“There were people unknown to us who were filming the emergency care, they were filming the chaos taking place inside, and were filming people being doused with water. The instruments they used to douse them with water were originally used to clean the floors actually,” Ahmad Kashoi, an administrator of the emergency ward, recalled. “That happened for about an hour, we provided help to them and sent them home. No one has died. No one suffered from chemical exposure.” [source]
We are fully aware that RT News is just as much a propaganda arm to Russia as the BBC is to the UK and CNN to the US – Everyone has there own agenda and facts are of little importance to anyone involved. However, with what we now know from the leaked document which indicates no Gas cylinders were dropped, but most likely planted, it does now seem that the truth is somewhat different to what we were led to believe.
