There are mixed reports coming out to the health and even life of Kim Jong Un. The North Korean leader recently had a cardiovascular system procedure because of “excessive smoking, obesity, and overwork,” according to South Korean news, and is now allegedly receiving treatment in a villa in Hyangsan County following his procedure.

The US is monitoring intelligence that suggests North Korea’s leader, Kim Jong Un, is in grave danger after undergoing a previous surgery, according to a US official with direct knowledge.[1]
But rumours are even now circulating that Kim Jung Un may be Brain Dead or even Dead. Nothing has been confirmed and probably never will be even if they are fact.

- He missed the ‘Day of the Sun” celebration of his grandfather and the country’s founder, Kim Il Sung, on April 15.
